Learn to use Reiki for yourself, your family and friends. The first level of Tera Mai Reiki healing will introduce you to the wonderful world of Reiki. You will learn; self healing techniques, space clearing, chakra balancing, how to connect and work with your Guardian Angel, how to give Reiki to other people, plants and animals. As part of the Reiki One Course you will learn how to confidently work with dowsing for healing purposes, and also get the chance to practice Reiki on classmates and yourself. You will receive the first Reiki Attunement and Initiation into the Violet Flame of Transformation.

During the course you will receive the Tera-Mai Reiki One Initiation which initiates you into the first level of Reiki and connects you to the Elemental Gold Energy, Cosmic Gold and Golden Bubbles energies of Reiki.

Included in the course fee is a helpful training manual and you will receive a certificate upon completion. Typically this course lasts 16hrs spread over two days with plenty of opportunity to put theory into practice.

All Reiki Attunements / Initiations should be given face to face by a qualified Reiki Master-Teacher, and in accordance with the National Occupational Standards of the Reiki Council of Great Britain. If they are not given in person it is my professional opinion that, as Reiki is a living tradition, they may not be valid. They instead constitute at best, distant-healing.
